Yea I agree with Mr Momodu but don't tell me you can only find competent and qualified people in one part of the country. If Mr President cares to look well he will find what he wants in every state of the country. But of course we won't even think or speak of this if the results start coming in thick and fast. That is the only antidote to tribal bias.
