Truth be told, the man regrets fighting against Biafra, he just stopped short of saying it clearly. Like late Adekunle who believe the SW fought so that oil will flow to the fulani oligarchy, Gen Alani feels used.
Now many sane non-hausa/fulani who fought in the war are in deep regrets and have come to terms that Biafra was indeed right. The problem is-will the present day yorubas learn from this or will insist on dying for the fulanis again in the next war (If it becomes inevitable).

Go and check records of all the national conferences that have been held in this country. The Yoruba agenda has always been for the return to fiscal federalism. Even the one conducted by Ex president Obasanjo. Kindly use google.
