mrvitalis:It is really very possible. For the past few years, I have been part of a team researching on a hydro powered engine. We aint interested in the water, but the constituent elements of water. We are interested only in the Hydrogen and oxygen. Splitting Hydrogen can release an unimaginable quantum of energy. Harnessing the released energy requires a huge and complex infrastructure. The infrastructure might not be reducible to fit into an automobile. To deal with this, a new approach will be adopted. Convert the water into gas and combust the gas in a combustion chamber with another inflamble gas gotten from splitting water. The problem now is, it takes time to combust the gas to the temp capable of causing the gas to expand. Its this expansion that causes the piston to a mechanical movement. Another limitation is that u need a lot of water to cause this mechanical movement. For me, I think we should just forget abt water powered automobile engine and concentrate on the possibility of generating electricity from hydrogen. Then return to the former later. One day, energy will definitely be gotten from water. When that happens, I just want SE to lead in that technology. My dream is a city powered by energy gotten from splitted hydrogen. Just imagine a city powered by water, submarines and ships sailed on water. It is possible. It will happen one day. The only thing u need is the infrastructure. Hydrogen energy is another version of nuclear energy. Don't say it is not possible. Where two or more Igbomen gathers, anything is possible. If we can build advance land mines and anti aircraft projectile from just broken bottle and stones. Then what is in this. GoodLuck to Emeka. 7 Likes 1 Share |

EzeNri:U will split the elements of water then hydrogen to from water again?? Bro even the nuclear fusion is not just from water... No it is from a specific isotope of hydrogen that is found In sea water... Bro it is impossible to use waters as a fuel and that's a fact 1 Like |
Re: Anambra Man Builds A Generator That Runs On Water by EzeNri(m): 8:12am On Jul 29, 2016 |
mrvitalis:Am not even talking about fusion and am not also talking abt the sea water hydrogen isotope. Am talking abt a different nuclear reaction. Yeah, talking abt using water as a fuel. You are right. But am not talking abt that 'cause it aint combustible. But you can convert water to a combustible form. Then can generate thermal energy from there. You don't even need nuclear reaction to achieve this. Bro you can generate thermal energy from water. It is a fact. Using either nuclear reaction or the process above. Do you know how hydrocarbon engine works? You put petrol into the engine. Petrol is volatile when exposed. It evaporates at any given temperature. The evaporated gas is combusted in a combustion chamber when a plug is sparked. You know when gas is combusted, it expands. So this combustion will cause the evaporated combusting gas to expand thereby causing the piston to a mechanical movement. Am aware u know all this 'cause u are a mechanical engineer. But do u know water can satisfy the same scenario pointed above? Anything is possible bro. Don't underrate ur mind. 5 Likes 1 Share |

kernel501:This is not about hatred. I believe in the power of inventions and so many other things not this hogwash that was displayed here. If you are a science person, you would not quote me. Let me ask you.... What is the difference between lighting up a 60watts bulb with a mere battery and the deminstration he showed? Ans: The Noise from the generator. Technology refers to modern inventions that make us do things in a better way . Between setting up a smaller config and this big thing making noise, which one is better? It could have made a better sense if he had powered the water generator with appliances and not a single 60 watts bulb in which a battery was even part of the set up. This is an objective analysis and has nothing to do with hatred okay? |

kernel501:Yeah.... Everything is possible no doubt. Back in the days, there used to be something called project exhibition where you will have to thoroughly explain what you have made, the principle behind it and so on in which you would also be subject to criticism and all that. I honestly appreciate his efforts but the first key thing you look at when inventing something is to ask if you are going to do something in a better way and not a worse way. He failed to even show or explain how the water powers the bulb. Watch the video again..... He did not show the battery section again when he poured the water into it and started it. What if the battery was connected? Moreover, the cam was not even closed up to check maybe or not he connected the terminals of the battery well the first time he claimed the battery has nothing to do with it. The whole video is so hideous. Don't get me wrong..... He may not do any magomago but the video and the prrsentation makes it look like he is hiding something or doing magomago. So, to start with, he should produce another detailed video and do more explanation. After that, he should power the device with appliances and not a 60 watts bulb. That's all! |

It is a pity you are not seeing this point beyond hate. Just want him to do something more detailed ......... To get more international attention and to make it standard as well by making it power appliances. Is that too much to ask for or suggest? |

I don't need to watch the video to know that this is Bullshit. You cannot extract energy from water on its own. Water is a product of combustion. It is in a stable state. It's just impossible; a violation of the laws of thermodynamics. Kabiru, please take this crap to LAWMA office. |

Uchenna Okpagu, while Joshua Ochoge is their Senior Java Developer. I just used the software industry as a case study. The fact that almost all Software companies are in Lagos doesn't mean the Yorubas owe them. Most of them are owned by the Igbos. Nigeria was systematically skewed to make the Eastern companies dependent on Lagos. When u talk abt print media, we as well make wave. As of 2016, Igbos owe: The Authority, Mirror founded by Obasi now acquired by Jimoh, the Telegraph (Nwuke), Sun, Daily Champion, Bussiness Hallmark, Complete Sports, The Awareness, ThisDay, Daily Times, and host of others. Of all the whole print media in the country, The Sun is the best and largest selling paper with 80% sales. Disembark from your ignorance. Thanks 2 Likes |
