OP you did not say your mind in this your post. But if I read your mind very well, I can deduce the following: 1) That it is only one tea tree planted by PMB in 1985 and huge amount of money was spent for that singular exercise. 2) That after 31 years a tea tree was planted by PMB, the tree is still on the ground and has not increased either by itself or by anyone else. 3) That the said tea tree was stunted just as the administration that planted it was stunted. 4) That the said tea tree has no economic importance. 5) That Immigration Officer (not a farmer or agriculturist) has no business with tea tree.
