Godswillnwaoma:Motorable is a valid English word, please! Godswillnwaoma:That should be a Nigerianism. With time, it could appear in [specialised] dictionaries. Dilidee:Just wake. koolguy88:Yes... go-slow is a good English word, but some Nigerians use it in the wrong context. Go-slow has a meaning in industrial relations, not necessarily on the road. yutsuf: dannywhyte: Mazeed: Installmentally should be "in installments." Night vigil should be just "vigil." Cunny should be "cunning." Disvirgin and Deflower mean the same thing. The OP is wrong on this. Wake Keeping (Wake keep) should be simply "wake." |

Gkemz:Sure. Just like when I heard that this is the correct form of that popular saying "You can't have your cake and eat it", but we used to the other way round. I was like why won't I eat my cake when I have it. There are many things we just have to accept and move on in life. Till tomorrow I am still questioning why furniture and information do not have plural form. |
