I'm used 2 calling him one of the few Semi-saned members of the President's Federal Executive Council, due 2 his hyperactivity in the petroleum sector despite being a junior minister. Last time I read abt him majorly in the news was his smackdown with Amaechi in Akwa Ibom. After then itz as if the man is non-existent, so I want to ask; Is Dr. Ibe Kachikwu working behind the scene or has he bin deliberately shaded from public eye so as not to outshine the Senior Minister for Petroleum in person of our President, Muhammadu Buhari |

He's still making waves. This is from a few days ago. http://dailypost.ng/2016/08/22/importation-petrol-depreciates-value-naira-kachikwu/ He can't be as visible now because he only has 1 job now since he no longer heads NNPC. He's still minister bling bling shades tho.  |
