Wooing delegates with money is part of political strategies Nigerian politicians use in their bid to get to power. OIL is a natural endowment which can be situated anywhere, regardless of the inhabitants. So let's differentiate between the Ijaw incursion and what they met already on ground in ondo state. Natural/Mineral resources are not gifts, peculiar to a particular set of people but an opportunity secreted in a place by God himself and encouraged by geological/geophysical factors.
