PRESS RELEASE

1-A SUMMARY OF ALL ALLEGATIONS LEVELED AGAINST SPEAKER DOGARA AND OTHERS.
2-Note that none of the accused has responded to any of the allegations till date. It is broken into categories for clarity and ease of reference, here is a recap!
3-CATEGORY 1: BUDGET ALLEGATIONS 4-11
4-Speaker Dogara, Lasun, Doguwa and Ogar stole and distributed to themselves and few others 40 billion out of the 100billion allocated to the entire House
5-Speaker Dogara and the 3 others inserted about 20 billion naira of wasteful projects in the budget like the fraudulent 9 roads sandwiched into 4
6-Speaker Dogara tried to force me to admit over 30 billion naira of wasteful projects into the budget which I rejected and that cause serious crisis
7-Speaker Dogara tried to force me to use the name of NASS and insert another 20 billion worth of projects under the service wide votes which I rejected
8-Speaker Dogara and about 10 committee Chairs despite my protest inserted about 2000 projects worth 284 billion naira in the budget
9-Speaker Dogara diverted water project in the 2016 budget to his farm and PHCN reticulation free of charge
10-Speaker Dogara and the 3 others diverted to themselves the entire 20% inputs reserved for the entire House after the harmonization
11-Speaker Dogara frustrated the budget by directing the adoption of committee reports only to turn back later to approve harmonization
12-CATEGORY 2: ALLEGATION ON CORRUPT ACTIVITIES IN THE HOUSE BY SPEAKER DOGARA 13-18
13-Speaker Dogara has not distributed the internal budget of the House to any member. He operates the budget in secrecy and no member has a copy
14-Speaker Dogara has supervised the mismanagement of finances of the House through wasteful award of contracts on items already in members offices
15-Speaker Dogara introduced to members a fraudulent mortgage system in the House and proposed illegal deduction from members running costs
16-Speaker Dogara supervised the scandalous car purchase contract in the 7th Assembly where huge sums of money in bribe was alleged
17-Speaker Dogara was involved as Chairman House services in all cases of money laundering associated with the House since 2007
18-Speaker Dogara in a clear case of conflict of interest has used his office to facilitate loans from an MDA and arrange "private" meetings with MDA's

20-Hon Herman Hembe: living above his means and massive movement of billions in the FCT budget
21-Hon Umar Mohammed Bago: fraudulent activities and source of funding in investigative hearing of NIMASA where about 1000 companies were invited
22-Hon Mohammed Zakari, Hon Chike Okafor, Hon Dan Asuquo, Hon Jagaba Adams and Hon Haliru Jika: movement of billions in 2016 budget
23-Hon Baballe Ila: Supervised with Speaker Dogara wasteful award of contracts and the main actor in allegations of kick-backs
24-Hon Abonta Abonta: embezzlement, misuse and misappropriation of running cost

29-Deputy Leader Umar Buba Jibril has been in the House 2003-date 1.2 billion
30-Whip Alhassan Ado Doguwa has been in the House 2007-date 1.2 billion naira
31-Deputy Whip Pally Iriase has been in the House 2011-date 700 million naira
32-Minority Leader Leo Ogor has been in the House 2003-date 1.2billion naira
33-Deputy minority Leader Chukwuka Onyema 2007-11 and 2015-date 800million naira
34-Minority Whip Yakubu Umar Barde has been in the House 2003-date 1.2 billion naira (700 million was an error)
35-Deputy Minority Whip Binta Bello has been in the House 2011-date 700 million naira
36-Any Principal Officer that disputes my figure, he or she should not make a drama out of it but just simply tell the country how much he or she has collected, period!
