From the minister's statement that the stolen monies recovered so far is not enough to revive the economy. What the APC leadership meant, is that they planned stabilizing the economy with recovered loots. Too bad lack of indepth creativity. Since this is coming from the minister of information, it meant that their's no hope for Nigeria(APC), regarding the $9Bn, "dnt count ur chickens till they're hatched". Total failure.

So assuming there was no looting fund available Nigerian economy would not be revived under Acute Poverty Creator called APC?

Whoever posited or said recorvered loots can revive the economy? The liar should know that their economic prowess and ability and other intelligent inputs are what is needed to revive the economy.
