don't fall for their scam. Economic activity is all about the total value of output and not number of hubs. Kenya might have 27 tech hubd but the value of economical activity taking place in a single tech hub in Johannesburg can eclipse the entire economical output coming out from the entire Kenya 27 tech hubs.
