This is how their human intellectual are measured , so you didn't provide them seed money or create enabling environment for them to be able to buy ram after doing business, his giving them fish instead of teaching them how of fish . They should thank him for the ram after eating they go hungry again .

Why not use this money to teach them how to "fish" instead of buying "fish" for them.
