Not really. Virtually all leaders have speechwriters. they re just like secretaries. Their bosses express his ideas and they put it into writing in ways that would captivate the audience. Besides, the leader would have read the speech before delivery, so he can ask the speech writer to amend areas he disagrees with. watch the movie, The King's Speech.

Plagiarism software has nothing to do with "think out simple compositions" - whatever the Fugg that is. It is an indispensable tool used by academics all over the world. Essentially, its job is what its name says - check if plagiarism rule has been flouted.

Just a suggestion, you might also want to invest in a grammer checker yourself. Nonsense.

The truth is, most of the opinions we form about government officials are just what they are; opinions, not fact. These opinions maybe be based on political leaning or our present circumstances, conditions and situations. No real evidence. I bet u, if u spend a week up close and personal with the president, ur opinion about him might change.
