And if the account was truly frozen, for any reason, the BANK is obliged to notify the owner. But they never did, otherwise the woman would not have gone their in the first place.

And what if she had used an ATM machine card? The fact that the account was not frozen just shows that the aim of this whole abracadabra is just to humialiate FFK. Nothing else.

1. The Accounts the woman came to withdraw money from was flagged witha "No Debit Order" by the EFCC because it was under investigation for being linked with fraud.

2. The Bank has the right to detain a person and hand them over to the authorities. You as a Civilian has the right to detain and handover a person to the authorities as well. #KnowYourRights.

3. The Governor of the State shut down a Bank which is an institution controlled and regulated by the Federal Government.
