wise one...

Thank you my brother.

When Abiodun was Alaafin we enjoyed. We had money to spend, there was food for everyone.

When Aole became Alaafin, adi adikale , ready to flee at a moment's notice, when hunger and famine almost bent our necks.

In as much as the Op tried making a point but I think the comparison is pointless, First of GEJ and PMB are of different cultural and religious backgrounds. Secondly it's optional for them, there's no law preventing anyone to do their wedding anyhow they wish in Nigeria( unless the Op created one), and thirdly PMB daughter is a fourth wife whereas GEJ daughter is the first to her husband. So I don't see any reason for extravagancy in PMB's case

How would you compare the incomparable? Look at it from these areas: While Jonathan's daughter is young, Buhari's is an old gag. Jonathan's was a first wife, Buhari's is a fourth wife. Jonathan is educated, Buhari is an illiterate gworo chewing herder. Jonathan has swag but Buhari is a local herder. While Jonathan was happy to give his daughter out to a new blood, Buhari was weeping marrying his daughter to an old man. While Jonathan celebrated the marriage, Buhari mourned the marriage.

This Op needs flogging. Which good and reasonable Father will be proud to give out his Daughter as a Fourth wife to a man whose has discharged all the thick & vibrant portion of his semen already. An Old man that any offspring at this time can't be a healthy as a Young Man's in the Youth. Delete this nonsense fast

Op please stop disgracing urself in public. What concerns aboki with living his/her life to the fullest? Why didn't Buhari send his children to Kano state university or other government run university than wasting money sending them to foreign schools? We know u guys like hypocrisy a lot. For ur information there are a lot of smart people on Nl, everybody have a different approach to life. So tell Buhari to fix the economy and get rid of the cabals causing disunity in this country. Please receive sense

That's what Diversity is all about but the foolish OP will not appreciate it.
Do the OP complain when Tinubu, the APC's son got married and the type of extravagance that was in display.
Southerners spends money in weddings and Funerals while it is not so much of an issue to Northerners especially Muslims.
see this one....they r comparing two presidents u r talking of Tinubu, is Tinubu even holding any political office? He can wed his son in d moon, is his money!

I don't like reading all these junk post here and there on social networks. If PMB will not take care of national issue as the Nigerian Economic ship is sinking, Just like Dittol, "WHO WILL"? And if his daughters wedding were at low-key, does it reduce the hunger in the Land?

The difference between the two couple is, one married a brand new husband while the other married a Tokunboh.
the difference between the two family is that one has real daughter with value and the other one has adopted daughter without value, wasteful family of ineffectual buffoonery

Lawrence, how can you compare the marriage of the daughter of a looter to that of the daughter of an incorruptible President?

Those defending the shameless looter are the beneficiaries of his loot.
They are still pained by their historical loss and unforgiven strange children.
Read Psalm 144.
