When Tinubu carried people to Milan to celebrate his son's wedding with many serving apc politicians in attendance, is that also state's function. Supposing he has done that wedding in Nigeria,have you thought of how grand that would have been, with lagos state probably playing some part in it, had that happened, would you have said that amounts to state function.
