So what actually happened was that the chairman representing sherrif faction in ondo wrote a petition copied to the president, CJN, office of the NSA alleging that the judges demanded 350 million naira bribe to give the case accelerated hearing, also that the presiding justice of the panel, Justice Sankey being an impoverished fellow who had been sick for 5years and has expended her resources on the sickness so she needed to bounce back with the proceeds of the bribe aming other allegations. Thereafter the justices asked if the lawyers of both sides were aware.... olanipekun answered in the negative while Alex izinyon after dancing around the question said he didnt know about it and that his client is in court but never informed him of such. When Poroye was asked to stand up and defend his allegations that it was discovered that he had sneaked out. The conclusion now is that the panel has withdrawn and asked that the case be reassigned.

Tell jegede that he should accept his cross and focus on another thing not wasting d money he looted from mimiko government. The fact stil remain that if Eyitayo wil not be contestin Ondo central wil rather vote for Ad(Oke) than voting Apc(Aketi). And if you combine Ondo central votes with Ondo south then Ad(Oke) is already a winner. Apc are just doing themselves by rejoicing over Eyitayo downfall, cos if Eyitayo wil b contestin the election wud hav b unpredictable cos each zone wud av stand by its candidate, that is Oke(Ondo south), Eyitayo(Ondo central) and Aketi[Ondo north)...
