This is not in anyway an insult but the truth. if it were to be the Nigerdelta, The investors would have had to and perhaps still be dealing with community issues i.e pay some levy before construction starts, then the community go start with na my land..... its not about your leaders alone now, its about everyone that make up the community and the kind of thoughts they have got.
