TundeBricklayer:Dude.... Private development pass private development. The scale of the Eko Atlantic is beyond anything you can think of with whatever development you're talking about. Go to Dubai to see similar projects, not these small scale private developments you're talking about. And why do you guys like posting emoticons randomly when you're pained and try to hide it? 7 Likes |

REDshouse:The good thing about projects is that the money is recycled. Try imagine the number of people employed, both skilled and unskilled. This money eventually finds its way back into the market. Let's hope to see more of billion naira projects. 3 Likes |

ba7man:Thank God you agreed its a private project, you guys should stop dragging ND leaders, and region down as if your leaders are best, why will I be pain by Eko project, if I have the money and privilege I'll use their facilities same with you and others, there is no where they specify it can only be use by Yorubas and Lebanese, if you don't have what it takes to be there you can only read EA on media, or probably view the site from far distant till you die, same privilege you have over EA same with me. 2 Likes |

ba7man:That's you psych problem, we all have the same right in Lagos project, Lagos it's been develop by all not just your tribe, you and your likes can only rant online, soon Dangote biggest refinery will be on front page here nairaland by God's grace, you and your type will pump up and rant as usually, but it doesn't change the fact that the land and facilities is now owned by Alhaji Dangote, which can never be revise by any of your leaders, so his kinsmen has more right and privilege to the facilities than you, it can only ring in your brain "our land" same with other tribes contributing to develop Lagos. |

ba7man: One former ND state governor is still in jail for looting his state dry? Another was sent to jail for looting his state dry and was later pardoned by his former deputy who either was part of the looting under his boss or just sat and looked the other way. This same former deputy governor and later the main governor did not commissioned 1 single dog cage as the governor of his state and something he replicated as the president of Nigeria with wholesale looting and stealing and gross institutional incompetence. Delta state today is the most indebted state in Nigeria with N700 billion debt, that's almost N300 billion more than Lagos state's debt, but we can see all over the place what Lagos state did with all their funds and debt, but we can not see 1 single thing Delta state did with decades of allocations, derivations IGRs and billions in NDDC funds. Akpabio ran the richest state in Nigeria with less than 5 million people and even posted larger budgets than Lagos state, but at the end of his 8 year term, he commissioned less than 5 projects apart from the few roads and flyover. 1 cinema 1 library 1 football field 1 hospital Not 1 single groundbreaking or futuristic projects like we see in Lagos state While Lagos state with smaller budgets and lower budgets within the same period commissioned hundreds of projects... Oil or no oil, that region is just too polluted with horrible leaders from top to bottom... 7 Likes |

TundeBricklayer: Dangotes refinery alone is a bigger investment than all ibo investments in Lagos combined and yet you will not hear him boasting about anything. There are many other investors in Lagos doing their thing without any noise or any problems with anybody. Only ibos are loud and extremely obnoxious about the little pennies they have in Lagos. 8 Likes |
