Tobiabog: go to an ENT. It can be anything as innocuous as water in the ear or as serious as damage to your vestibulo-cochlear apparatus. Are you on any medications? Some meds like antibiotics can. Windupmerchant: I will definitely see a gastroenterologist or ENT for a scope. You definitely have a esophageal pathology- at basic, it is just a spasm, or achlasia, at worst, it is tumorous. Either way, there are treatments. Ja550: do you have symptoms? Treatment options include hormonal, surgery and radiation. See an specialist. Holluwatarhyor: see someone about checking your blood sugar and getting checked for bladder infection. The boil has nothing to do with it. Jazzyjazz: what medications did they prescribe? Unfortunately, hyperemesis gravidarum comes with pregnancy. You just have to go thru it and get it over it. Not much to do especially with drugs since your developing fetus can be very sensitive with chemicals you ingest. Be careful what you take. Just keep hydrating and eating as you can tolerate. It will soon pass. Congrats and happy pregnancy. |

Hello, good morning doctor, please help me out. I had my period on the 19th to the 23rd of last month and i had sex on the 24th, the following day. My bf came in me so i took a post pill, then i started bleeding on the 29th and it has not stopped. I feel tired and dizzy most of the time. Please should i be scared about the bleeding because i don't know what to do. Should i do an ultrasound or should i just be calm? |

Nellybean: sorry for your loss. Hotspec: has he tried oral form. If the fungus is imbedded inside nail bed, then topical is minimally effective. It is also advisable to figure out source of fungus and eliminate or avoid it otherwise, there is reinfect ion Benjnr: the normal bone healing process does indeed take long: he has to form new strong bones from scratch not just repair. The process can last over a year and longer if he is not taking adequate care of his wounds such as: good balanced nutrition rich in healing properties, cleaning, disinfecting area and general hygiene. Worse case scenario is for him to get osteomyelitis and require amputation. Miss61: you should definitely go to an gynecologist. You really should not self-medication w/o supervision. The bleeding can be normal, but also can be abnormal. Next time; put on a condom or practice abstinence. Having a baby or aborting one isn't an ideal situation for you; I am assuming your age and maturity level wise. Excessive abortion procedures do affect your long term fertility. Good luck. Keep aborting fetus, and when you are ready to have one, you may have trouble. Be wise. Durodee: exposed to what again? May wanna ask someone in Nigeria cost and such. Bosseth24 and timsonpreye: hm. I need more information to ascertain what is going on. PM if you'd like. But, consider systemic (something in the blood) like metal poisoning or infectious. Ify84: you should ask your pediatrician or obstetrician. Most malaria drugs are not recommended for breastfeeding mothers. |
