This issue should not be their major concern at this stage. What about if the acting ptesidentvor governor has the required capacity to move the nation forward?

Our leaders should look at more pressing issue other than the appointment of position (s).
These guys have problems. Do deputies usually kill their bosses? They are trying to encorage mediocrity. Public interest is not their concern but who becames a President or Governor.

There are loopholes in this law which can be properly managed by a good schemer.
However, this is not what we really need in Naija presently.

It won't work

Because even while Buhari is still alive, Osinbajo has served as "acting president"

So they should better rephrase the law they are proposing to read "substantive president, either elected or sworn in by cause of death"

Because we know that GEJ became substantive president on May 6 , 2010 after acting for several months during Yaradua's ill health.

Mumu gozzlin, read news, they will not, clueless noisemaker

Buhari even communicated to the National Assembly that he was going on ten days vacation and will handover to Osinbajo.

Bro, who has acted as a President ABOVE 2 YEARS

Why is that many NLds don't read well or neber read before commenting?

You are right. you speak like a learned fellow. They want to create another loophole that can be exploited for endless court cases.

The Fear of GEJ rising popularity. They were jolted by the Sokoto events.

GEJ was acting president for less than 2 years so the bill doesn't affect him
