Delta State Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa yesterday officially presented the staff of office to HRM Oboro-Gbaraun II, Aketekpe, Agadagba , The Pere of Gbaramatu Kingdom yesterday 7th December 2016, at the Palace of d Pere, Oporoza Town, Gbaramatu Kingdom.
Speaking during the ceremony, Gov Okowa urges the people to embrace in other to open way for more development .
"I want to plead to all community , it's time to move on and there is no way we can move on without us working together under the atmosphere of peace.
It is possible to carry out our agitation by dialogue, it's time to embrace peace,let's forgive those who have offended us.
It's time for us to think back and to reconciled because it will help us.
As a governor, with the little we have, we need to begin to show presence in the creek and the riverine area.
We need resources to work and we can have that resources where there is peace" he said while congratulating HRM Oboro-Gbaraun II, Aketekpe, Agadagba , The Pere of Gbaramatu Kingdom.

The former Nigeria President, Dr Goodluck Jonathan, Delta Deputy Governor Barr Kingsley Otuaro , Speaker of the State House of Assembly Rt Hon Monday Ovwigho Igbuya , Senator James Manager, Royal Fathers and other top government officials were all present at the ceremony
