If the pipes supplying mega refineries are being vandalized daily, tell me, how will the pipeline supplying modular refineries accross the 36 state escape the attention of vandals?

That fat piglet that calls himself Askari Dumbfuckubo should come chase them away since his father owns ND.

Good initiative. Productive engagement of the teeming youths in the ND is key to putting a permanent stop to the restiveness amongst them. I just hope they don't turn around to sell their jobs, if secured, to outsiders in exchange for immediate cash as alleged by one of their governors.

God bless the good people of Niger Delta.

Where will vandals get the capital from? Modular refinery may be cheaper but still runs into billions in cost.

Don't underestimate the financial prowess of this illegal refineries operators they are mostly into sophisticated oil diversion(oil theft theft) and are mostly backed by Niger delta elites and if you see the level of sophisticated equipment some of the destroyed illegal refineries has in place you will know that they has high financial backing. And many ex militants and Niger delta leaders will key into this initiative.

vandals are like cartels. They work for big shots , do you think an average youth can just wake up one day and vandalise oil pipeline?

The Only Problem We Have In Nigeria Is Mismanagement.. Even If We Have 100 Refineries And We Are Not Accountable, We Will Keep On Failing. Once Politicians Don't Have The Mentality Of Embezzling The Country Money..
