I believe is a lipoma since you said it can move, its non cancerous but it can get bigger with time, it can be remove surgically
Re: My Wife Has A Lump In Her Breast by bunlizlaw(f): 9:45pm On Dec 08, 2016
It's not something serious.Just take her to the hospital. She will be asked to do a breast scan and then it would be removed. The doctor would then do histology on the lump to check whether it is malignant or benign. If it is malignant, there is possibility of breast cancer in the future but if it is benign u have no cause to worry. Pls take her to the hospital. Breast cancer is real and early detection is the best preventive measure to take.

My guy, this is fibroadenoma. Completely benign, based on clinical presentation discribed and the patients age. It tends to increase in size with pregnancy and during her monthly periods due to increased surge in estrogen during those periods. You can google it too.

Hi guyz. i just got newly married and found out that they is a round, hard stuff in one of her breast, i asked her about it, she said it happened when she was 15yrs (now she is 23). she told her mum about it and the mum told her it was a normal thing, that it will soon go. she waited for many years it was still there instead of going it was increasing. and her parent refused doing anything about it, she said she went to hospital on her own, after a doctor examine her he said it was not cancer because cancer does not move but hers does. that it was just a lump. now why i need you guys help is because she is presently pregnant and i don't want a situation where by she won't be able to breast feed the babies. pls to save the life of my unborn babies help me with any way i can solve this problem. epp a brother, and before i forget she is carrying double in her womb.
Nothing stops her from breastfeeding with the lump but her why wait till now?

Go to the hospital so she can get properly examined and the lump characterised.
Nigerians sef, we would wait till things get to a head then we rush to the hospital expecting a miracle from the doctors. Our health appreciation is near zero

To remove it is very simple for the medical experts..please see consultants oooo! My wife had similar experience but we remove fast & it was tested and confirmed not cancerous but for us to be on the save side it was done anyway . You won't even know it was operated upon.. Thanks be God for medical science.

Lumps are not cancer. Go to mecure or any general hospital for operation.it will not cost you more than 20k. My family member did her own in somolu general hospital in 2012 and she paid 10k

With the history you've given, it's probably a benign stuff (most likely a fibroadenoma or a phyllodes tumor). Based on the age and mobility of the mass.
Such masses may not cause problems with breastfeeding or symptoms of cancer cause they are benign but my suggestions include
1) visit a hospital to re examine the mass to be on the safer side (she could present this to her obstetrician during her routine antenatal visit)
Watchful waiting till after pregnancy to prevent issues with local or general anesthesia required for the biopsy.

TO ALL OTHER LADIES IN THE HOUSE
1) do your BREAST SELF EXAMINATION ROUTINELY
2) CERVICAL CANCER SCREENING

PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE
Early detection of cancer is key to cure
Good evening good people of a great nation

What if it's a fibroma or lipoma or cystadenoma or slow growing malignant lesion or whatever?
Bottomline, there is no spot diagnosis for breast lesions from history alone. The examination is even more valuable than history in surgical cases.
Peace

I think you need to go to a credible hospital and have the lump tested. Inform them that she is pregnant so they would know what steps to take.
