1) Beauty: According to him, The saying that "Beauty is in the eyes of the Beholder" is absolutely Absurd. Maintaining that once you see a beautiful girl, you don't need a soothsayer to tell you that she is Beautiful. He used Ojukwu's wife as an Example. He admonished the students to take beauty into consideration before marrying any woman. So you can live happily and make beautiful children.

2) Brain: another thing to consider is the intellectual capability of the Lady In question, you must make sure you marry somebody who is educated.

3)Background: you have to check the family background of the lady, don't marry from a Peasant family that will ever depend on you for financial assistant as it will hinder your growth financially.

4) Behavior: check the character of the woman you plan to marry, the worst mistake a man will make is marrying a bad woman, if you're unfortunate to marry a bad wife, your life span can not go beyond 60years.

He finally concluded that one can not get this four quality from just One woman but if you're lucky to have 3/4, you can proceed with the marriage.
