The memo clearly states that the MSSN is the only religious association allowed to Operate in the university. It did not say MSSN is the only Muslim association allowed to operate in the university........ it said THE ONLY RELIGIOUS ASSOCIATION allowed to operate in the University.

the only religious association in d sense that various societies were coming up in d name of religion on campus, this was also a problem for the uni i attended too then, a circular was also passed that NFCS and MSSN were only recognized by d uni NFCS for d catholics and MSSN for d muslims, i dont think there is anything like CHRISTIAN student association then, even now

It did not say MSSN is the Only Muslim/Islamic religious association recognised by the institution. It said, the only religious association recognised by the institution. Cant you differentaite the two?
You can say NFCS is the only Christian religious association recognised by this school. Or say NFCS if the only Religious association recognised by this school. Those are two different things.

Religion and Tribalism will be the end of Nigeria.
