You want Dasuki to come testify that he indeed gave ONSA money to Metuh as directed by Jonathan?

Ithought the APC has been feeding us with stories of Dasuki's alleged confessions what is wrong in allowing him continue his confession on the dock

What happened to being innocent until proven guilty.

What also happened to Metuh's right to live? Besides, Buhari is in London seeking medical care also.
accused person cannot testify in corruption case that he himself is involved in

it is not done anywyhere in the world.

its like catching a gang of robbers, then one of the gang is asked the court to bring the gang leader to testify for him grin

While dismissing the application, Justice Abang held that Dasuki was not a “compellable” witness.

The Judge said there was no evidence before the court to show that Metuh applied to the Department of State Service, DSS, which has Dasuki in its custody, and such request was turned down.

He said it was not the duty of a court to compel a witness to appear and testify for a defendant.

“The first defendant cannot come to the court first when he had not approached the DSS”.

The Judge held that Metuh’s request was in bad faith, stressing that Dasuki was not included in the list of witnesses the defendant earlier submitted to the court.

Why do you need to compel a witness who was never sought or requested?

Walahi! Justice Okon Abang is a beautiful mind on the bench.

Justice Abang has ruled.

Since May last year Metuh has been claiming to be Ill.

Since the case was brought before Abang there's been no strategy for delay of trial that Metuh has not used.

Metuh had the opportunity to list Dasuki as one of his witnesses yet he never did till this late in the day.

Again I say, Justice Abang has ruled.

When I read your hate comments towards the Igbo nation then it beats my imagination why you so much love Nigeria afterwards forgetting the same tribe make up the nation. It's either you didn't go to school or probably don't understand what makes a nation. You probably come from either a broken home and type like an insecure kid. It's all a big shame though

As a matter of fact that witness is the most reliable of all witness the court can hear. You really know anything but you try so hard to be making an invalid point. In a Robbery case, Only the counsel or the gang member accused can exonerate an supposed innocent accused person in the same trial (case).

Metuh the paper chopper has started again.

It seems some of you guys have comprehension problems. Metuh never listed Dansuki as a witness from the onset of the case! Please read and be informed.

His decision to call him as a witness was an after thought and a delay tactics after he has already sought several adjournments and has exhausted his adjournments.

Now he thinks himself smart, instead to go to Dansuki to get his nod to be his witness, and then officially write to the DSS/prisons/EFCC or whoever is holding him captive to allow him to be his witness, he is going the other way, by telling the court to use its powers to force Dansuki to be his witness.

The court is smart, they simply told him he has not shown evidence that he was prevented from bringing Dansuki as a witness by going the proper way, why are you now trying to use the court to achieve what can be done the normal way?

Also, why didn't you list the guy as a witness from the onset of the case??

Where is the evidence that you were prevented from using him??

"Oga Ade abeg, proceed with your defence" grin
He can only read but lacked simple comprehension tongue tongue

Please shut the hell up dude. Most of you are just shameless and tactless when it comes to defending the sick dullard in London. You believe using technicalities to block Metuh demands is ace right ? The courts has the powers to summon people to testify if they are found rudimentary to the case at hand.

You are obviously an illiterate ignoramus. The court's decision is succinct. If Metuh, thinks otherwise, let him appeal the decision after the substantive case has been dispelled with.

Continue foaming in the mouth just like Metuh's lawyer, thinking that is what counts. Every attempt to unnecessarily delay the case will be met with Justice Abang's hammer. grin

An illiterate ignoramus that will embarrass your sorry arzzz if put to the task. You can try me. Some of you exhibit the most deplorable form of redundancy all in the name of laundering the filthy anti corruption cloak of the APC.

Nigeria is currently topping the corruption index in the world yet fraudulent folks like you are shamelessly celebrating the dolts in Aso rock.

What exactly is frivolous in the application? They said metuh received money from Dasuki what is frivolous in calling Dasuki to affirm or disclaim the allegations?

You may have to read the record of proceedings to get an answer to your question if it is not apparent so far.

Were they caught robbing the same bank and do you that despite the whole media trial, the Nigerian Govt have no real evidence to send Dasuki beyond a 3yrs jail term. If you have a judge of lawyer at home please ask.
