searchcorp:accused person cannot testify in corruption case that he himself is involved in it is not done anywyhere in the world. its like catching a gang of robbers, then one of the gang is asked the court to bring the gang leader to testify for him 2 Likes |

Chuksonyeike: While dismissing the application, Justice Abang held that Dasuki was not a “compellable” witness. Why do you need to compel a witness who was never sought or requested? Walahi! Justice Okon Abang is a beautiful mind on the bench. 4 Likes |

Chuksonyeike: Justice Abang has ruled. Since May last year Metuh has been claiming to be Ill. Since the case was brought before Abang there's been no strategy for delay of trial that Metuh has not used. Metuh had the opportunity to list Dasuki as one of his witnesses yet he never did till this late in the day. Again I say, Justice Abang has ruled. 3 Likes |

When I read your hate comments towards the Igbo nation then it beats my imagination why you so much love Nigeria afterwards forgetting the same tribe make up the nation. It's either you didn't go to school or probably don't understand what makes a nation. You probably come from either a broken home and type like an insecure kid. It's all a big shame though NgeneUkwenu: |

As a matter of fact that witness is the most reliable of all witness the court can hear. You really know anything but you try so hard to be making an invalid point. In a Robbery case, Only the counsel or the gang member accused can exonerate an supposed innocent accused person in the same trial (case). MetaHuman: |

agabusta: Please shut the hell up dude. Most of you are just shameless and tactless when it comes to defending the sick dullard in London. You believe using technicalities to block Metuh demands is ace right ? The courts has the powers to summon people to testify if they are found rudimentary to the case at hand. |
Re: Court Rejects Metuh’s Bid To Call Dasuki As Witness by agabusta: 9:12pm On Feb 24, 2017 |
Geniro: You are obviously an illiterate ignoramus. The court's decision is succinct. If Metuh, thinks otherwise, let him appeal the decision after the substantive case has been dispelled with. Continue foaming in the mouth just like Metuh's lawyer, thinking that is what counts. Every attempt to unnecessarily delay the case will be met with Justice Abang's hammer. |

agabusta: An illiterate ignoramus that will embarrass your sorry arzzz if put to the task. You can try me. Some of you exhibit the most deplorable form of redundancy all in the name of laundering the filthy anti corruption cloak of the APC. Nigeria is currently topping the corruption index in the world yet fraudulent folks like you are shamelessly celebrating the dolts in Aso rock. www.nairaland.com/attachments/4890279_naijacorrupt_jpegc3ee470d752b89b3c6fa68845125d49e https://www.usnews.com/news/best-countries/articles/2016-02-11/10-most-corrupt-countries-ranked-by-perception?src=usn_tw&src=usn_tw |

Were they caught robbing the same bank and do you that despite the whole media trial, the Nigerian Govt have no real evidence to send Dasuki beyond a 3yrs jail term. If you have a judge of lawyer at home please ask. MutantMetahuman: |
