In my opinion Delta state is relatively developed, it is not made up of concentrated urban centres like port harcourt.
You have a state with Asaba, Warri, Sapele, Abraka, Ughelli, Agbor, Oghara.....We are talking of 7 major urban centres that collect a fair amount of resources.....do the math, if you put like 70% of the budget in one city, that's when people will start saying the Governor is working...we have to think this through

6. N2000 for registration fee (the first 60 drive don't have to pay this)
7. N3000 for road test...this is very important because as a driver u are going to be using gps so it's important to learn how to use it properly.
8. service fee of N2000 everyweek...u may think that the amount is too big remember as a driver..u re going to be making an average amount of 25k to 20k a week...this is because my company also have an online mode where people book and schedule for a ride...so when people do book for a ride online... we simply call u to pick them up.
9. Must have a smart phone ..
10. Your car must be inspected before we accept u...
11. Must also pay N5000 for background check....drivers can pay that when they strt working and it's going to be a payment plan..like 200 everyweek...we are doing this because of the kids..
12. Must also have tracker in ur car..for security reasons
I will be accepting drivers by April so that by June drivers will be fully ready...if u also have more than one cars u can come to our office for special processing...

In where please? Mention the areas. I peak of where I have been at. In Warri for instance, the major economic hub of Delta, I don't know of any 1 km road Okowa has constructed. At Effurun round about where you have shoprite, he did palliative measures about 6 months ago. Go there today and you will weep. The potholes are back.

The 50 roads you refer to where are they? In Asaba, I know of Nnebisi road. I don't know any other road that has been done. Go to Port Harcourt and see what Wike has done in 2 years. Go to Lagos and see the tremendous impact Ambode is making. Development doesn't hide. If it's there, nobody would argue.

If they ask all these Urhrobo and Ishekiri Deltans to list anything their former governors did in Igbo speaking parts of Delta state, am sure they will be tongue tied. For once, i accept that these guys should never be included in Biafra. Nonsense.
