Of all the myriad of problems confronting this country, is it a comptroller's refusal to wear uniform that should be a priority of our senate or any senate committee? Useless people!

He's a political appointee and political appointees don't wear uniforms and it's not anywhere in the Nigerian constitution that says political appointees must wear uniforms.
