Are you counting the millions of idle almajiris roaming the north as part of the human resources? Southerners are fuuls period! How can we continue to subsidize the parasitic north while they are encouraged to continue breeding like rabbits! I work in the Oil and Gas Sector in the US and boy, we are resuming drilling full force! Rigs have picked up in the Permian Basin around Texas and New Mexico. South Texas too has picked up.

Exactly o, all the dates on that publication doesnt have anything to do with recent trends and most importantly china is the major buyer of the nigerian crude oil at the moment, this news is vagued and doesnt correlate with current happenings.
