What verse in the Bible?

Read Psalms 14:1 and 53:1 respectively and you will see that atheists and panatheists are fools in the eyes of the Omniscient God inspite of their so called intellectual achievements. The delusion that this complex and beautiful universe could have evolved itself by chance is absurd in the highest degree.
