princeofpeace22: First, the place you mentioned is a shanty. The buildings there are illegal structure so i don't think the people there are legalised to stay there. Just like the people in Makoko, close to the water, the structures there are illegal. The government has been trying to relocate them for some years now but they refused. The day the government comes to demolish the building, everyone will cry wolf. |

Lagos should just be declared as a country by its own right! PhD thesis writers have to write about topics such as "Positive Succession Planning in Public Governance- the Lagos State Example", etc. Achievements galore- from Tinubu, to Fashola, now to Ambode (who started slowly initially). Thumbs up to the Lagos political 'principalities'. |

Beautiful sidewalks. We need to develop sidewalk culture in this country. All open drainage and sandy side streets must be replaced by sidewalks. Why are we all rushing abroad when we can create that same abroad in this country? |
