Now I am fully back and ready to make you look good through health and fitness.

So what is the big deal about the rainy season?

Most of us don’t like the rainy season and the way the surroundings look like after it rains, don’t worry, you are no different from me. Although we have to take pity on those farmers who have been going through dry fasting for heavy rains to come.

But there are some set of people that should take extra care when the rains come. That is if you want to reduce the problems and save yourself a lot of money and worry.

1. Those who fall sick easily (mostly fever and malaria)

This is something I have experienced myself, although it happens every other season, but it is worse on the rainy season due to the cold.
Don't worry, I am all better now, with a stronger immune system through following health and fitness (remember that I told you that health and fitness can make you look good).

2. Those who have asthma, Bronchial asthma etc.

3. Those who have Bronchitis (This is almost like asthma, but the symptoms vary.. One of the symptoms is coughing out of mucus otherwise known as sputum).

You should all take extra care during the rainy season and follow all the necessary procedures to keep you warm, avoid stress (You can try out this stress relieving technique which is on my blog http://newsphases..com/2016/10/i-felt-so-stressed-today-then-i-did-this.html) avoid some kind of exercises (for those with asthma, you can find the whole information by chatting with me here https://page.co/v9dY) etc...

Gym just makes the outer body look good.. Down the road of life,, it is how good the inner body is... that tells how long you will live and how good you will look in times to come..

Don't be surprised that those going through gyms 4 times a week don't even get to live beyond 60.. Examples are everywhere..

Simple.. Because living long and looking good is not about doing what you like.. But what is actually right.. Some smokers are able to gain health benefits from smoking and do away with the consequences because of their immune system and what they eat. But non smokers who don't like smoking wouldn't be improving their immune system and eating better, instead they will be doing what they like

I have a friend that has asthma.. and I heard that the disease has no cure... is it true?

Pls op. I ve been thinking of something.. Can someone who has asthma be a footballer? How possible is it? Is there any footballer ever this was asthmatic while playing?

i don't think that there is any footballer ever that was asthmatic while playing because there was no footballer that was asthmatic... Those with asthma are normally advised to stay off exercise and football is one of those exercises

make him no try am. na suicide mission. when i was younger, i had an ashmatic neighbour. the day he played street soccer with us, he almost died on the road. after running for 20mins, he went to the curb and was dancing one corner. na so we rush go steal inhaler for shop use give this boy.
tell your friend soccer isn't for him.
