I just got this information that a member of of the National Youths Service Corps(NYSC) serving in Kebbi State, Yusuf Ege Olaide has passed away.

The State Coordinator of the Scheme, Alhaji Lawal Turawa, who disclosed this on Thursday during the swearing in ceremony on Batch A stream I at the NYSC permanent camp, Dakinger, said the deceased with registration number KB/16 A/379, died after a brief illness.

If you have been following the news lately, you will notice that death of corpers have been on the rise, be it by stomach ulcer (like the one I read last year) or just by brief illness like the present case.

Once again I am hinting on the beauty of good health, the delicious benefits of good health. It is more than just saying I am healthy, because you are not sick at the moment and God will keep me healthy, (I remember God giving health instructions in the Old Testament to show that you must take care of yourself before God can take care of you.)...

It is not about reading health information on the internet and just going with it.. You need to create a personal schedule and your own kind of health routine, because what works for you won't work for me...

I specialize in making people look good and healthy through health and fitness... and I am saying it is time to take it more seriously than you have been doing before... There are more diseases in the world today and it is more easily to transfer them from one person to another (e.g ebola, HIV).

Start living healthy and follow the right health directives today.. Not everything you see on the internet is true and most although were written by specialists, those specialists have not really experienced what they are writing and so it does not go to a very personal level ... But, here I share everything from me experiences and they are backed with research... I share it all with my subscribers to keep them one step ahead.. Healthy and Safe..
