Well they have been receiving gifts all this while until recently the chief judge of nigeria stopped them from receiving gifts,like i stated earlier one of the judges involved in buhari certificate saga got some money through buharis lawyer and when questioned he said it was a gift for the judges daughter wedding ,so who knows maybe this is also a gift of some sort ofcourse it is left for you or sahara desert to prove your case in court.
