AHCB:It is a crime but not in Nigeria, where there is no dignity in labor, I have taken my ex boss to court in New York before. When I saw the judges reaction to the case as if the guy is a murderer, I had to explain again that all I came here for is just my salary. And I got paid ASAP. I was later told that the case could have gone further, if I claimed damages from not getting paid on time. 6 Likes 1 Share |

Fearlez: Interesting summation. Kids will rather see who wore it better, read abt Kim kard, Beyoncé, engagé stupid tribal arguments and all scallywags nonsense. The funny thing is that has u can see them here, they remain kids even when the number requires they turn adults and embrace a responsive life. The girl clear committed a crime, Assault. She is clearly an adult, 18. She clearly hasn't grow a bit or learnt anytin from the society, a complex one as Nigeria. She should have walked into a nearby police station, tend her case and the police would have invited her madam by just calling her on phone. Sadly she's learning the hard way. 2 Likes |

Acidosis:Do you think if the girl had reported the debt to the police, the police would have taken the woman to court? The girl was desperate and powerless, and remember she's but a teenager. There's no excuse for committing that crime of threat to lifebut all we are saying is that the woman strong-armed the case due to her economic advantage. |

The madam ought to be the one in jail. The girl issuing threats is only due to the principle of causality. A caused B. Madam refused to pay, thus girl issued threat. If she'd paid the girl her dues, no threat would've been issued. The magistrate is a complete ass. 3 Likes |

solelymade: Shut ur rotten Gob. Wicked souls. You think naija police will go arrest a madam just because of 6k debt? Obviously u live in mars. If the madam happened to be the one that issued threat against the poor girl do you think she will be in jail? This is because justice in Nigeria is for the highest bidder. An hungry poor girl will say anything out of frustration to get her 6k salary. We don't even know if she's supporting her home from the peanuts she's earning. 2 Likes 1 Share |

who is this fool? where are you in nigeria? or are you 1year old kid? what is your IQ rating please? which university did you study? you are talking out of your anus because clearly you are derailed both upstairs and in writing. what does your opening remark has to do with the situation at hand, do you think if the girl is like the girls you are talking of, she would take the job in the first place? i see you are the type that would do likewise. stupid idiot, you are the type that should be sent to the amazon forest to be used as specimen to see how you can adapt to the forest because clearly your living with decent people have not rub off on you. peace!! solelymade: |

When the rich slap u with their Class, that's what you get.....you get a bail of N50k instead of ur salary balance of 6k.... And for the Nigeria judiciary, i judi back to y'all for being a cankerworm wrecking the system....on top 6k? Na wa oooo!!! |

DONFRANSKID:I lack words.... What a country! That is why Nigeria and the wicked pple in it will neva make progress. U paid police money to arrest someone u r owing. The Judge granted a bail of 50k to someone who was fighting to get 6k balance of her money in the hands of her former employer. Human beings are cruel. Her Mumu husband in Abuja sent police instead of telling the wife to pay the girl her money. OK. I give my judgement 1. Ur family shall not have a child (if u have already u ahall loose dem all) 2. Abuja girls with strong juju will succeed in taking Ur mumu husband from u 3. U shall be a vagabond in Ur old age 4. Fire will engulf Ur store and home and lick away all the material things u "gbekele" on 5. U shall die a pauper. So shall it be to all oppressors of the poor in Nigeria. 4 Likes |

abeg shut up there!! if you are the gentle type, you can be owned for life, but there is cause and effect, so she threaten but why? her right was denied her so if she THREATEN it is because of the effect she was put into, so before you join discussion, examine your iq and see if it measure up to the expected rating before commenting go and eat shit why cant the madam call the girl and pay her off and tell her not to come near her again rather than use the police, she is a useless socialite and this are the ones that would be seen donating in their millions for charity but charity at home is a question. to the judge and police who arrest her, shame on you! oga writer, you need to watch "police goes beyond the call of duty" on youtube to understand that policing in nigeria is backward and the entire police force should be taking to the amazon forest to adapt with the forest not in a civilized country. of course nigeria is still a backward nation 9jakohai: |

I don't know why most women are very petty You don't have 6000 naira but you have the time and money to arrest her and charge her to court on top her money.. Some women shaa like to show themselves. The judge should clap for himself, someone that is fighting tooth and nail for 6000 naira should now produce 50000 naira bail money; how is that possible It's injustice like this that turns people into a menace to the society |

Pls I need the phone number of this girl so I can take up the case. Let us match the heartless woman and her husband money for money, power for power, connections for connections . This is where we need human right activists to come up and fight. We are going to please God to raise a campaign for this girl's unconditional release and settlement. 6 Likes |

asking for her number is not the solution Sir/Ma. what you need to do is to get to the link or if you read the last part of the story, you can visit the court on the said date, or even chat up the person who mailed this story on the platform, there are so many ways Sir/Ma not this approach as the police would not allow her have her phone in the cell or except if it is with someone else but that is not the fastest way sir/ma. thanks for the gesture and it is highly commendable (provided you see it through) oruma19: 1 Like |
