academic intelligence or street intelligence ?
firstly what is intelligence ? the ability to acquire and apply knowledge or skills...
so looking at this definition when some one says they want someone with academic intelligence to the other type of intelligence isn't it myopic stating from the fact that you want someone who is only able to acquire and apply knowledge from textbooks and classrooms ...but looking at the perspective of ''street intelligence'' I think it's the exact basis of intelligence it's also what forms what we see to be as experience, which most of us popularly know as the best teacher most people would say street intelligence is razz,but they're wrong, the word ''street'' means rhetorically speaking outside the classroom. most people like myself are a little bit ingrained with both type of intelligence ..my simple advice to you is that if you're to choose a partner go for the type with both types of intelligence not just one type..and if you believe intelligence is hereditary then you're wrong because it's not. intelligence is contagious not generic .
