There was a meeting held over Buhari few weeks ago, He will not be declared dead even if he dies until 2019, The country will be scattered if he dies and APC declares him dead.

So anyone waiting for APC to say that Buahri is dead is much wasting his time. Though the story is that Buhari now uses adult diapers as he poos on himself.
