The test that would be available to someone like tblak(assuming he tests) would never pick up an early infection (0 to 6 wks). It would bring up a false negative.

If hiv is still being transmitted within the porn industry in America with their highly advanced testing and highly regulated industry+low rate of hiv, what do you think would happen in Nigeria with a very high rate of hiv infection, plus unregulated industry, and no access to advanced testing?
