Are you exercising for weight loss, abs, curves or to get toned, if you are exercising just to show off your body, then you are in for a shock. Exercise goes deeper than that. It is more than about looking slim, attractive, having rock hard abs and curves.

Exercise does more internally than you could ever imagine and this 81-year-old mama knows that. Her name is Ernestine Shepherd by the way.

I believe this picture should give you a reason to exercise and why you should take it more seriously. You can either choose to be in a wheelchair at 80 or still be standing.
