I'm just here imagining the floor plan of that building and how to execute it with 500 million Naira. grin grin grin

I guess the building is 100ft (width) by 180ft (length) (18000sft total). 100 by 200 plots should take the main building.

Then we go to the compound. 300ft in front. 300ft at the backyard. 100ft on each of the sides, that's 200ft.

The land should be 300ft (width) by 800ft (length). That's like 34 plots of land. But I will buy 35 plots. I think I can get that in the new Lekki with C of O at 7 million per plot. That's 245 million Naira for land alone o.

Then build that shìt and landscape everything for maximum of 200 million Naira.

Total amount spent: 445 million Naira.

Selling price: 800 million Naira (just being a good person because they go sell am for 2 billion Naira. #LongThroat).

Profit: 355 million Naira.

Next plan: Build another one.

Heheheheheheheheheheh grin grin They go think say I get 30 billion for the account, but na for their head the money dey. grin grin grin

Explorers:
The world's most expensive home has gone on sale for a colossal £315 million.

Villa Les Cèdres, an 18,000 square-foot estate in the South of France that comes with a 14-bedroom mansion and 35 acres of land, was built 187 years ago.

It was once owned by Belgian King Leopold II, who bought the glorious patch along the coast of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat - in 1904 after becoming exorbitantly wealthy from his savage exploitation of the Congo Free State.

It had previously been owned by the mayor of Villefranche-sur-Mer and was used as a farm for olive trees.

Buying a house of this magnitude you have to be super rich, cos the cost of maintenance alone can really drain you.
Cost of maintenance? I hope you are referring to taxes. Because I can't see anything cost there apart from painting, which should not even be an issue until like every 10 years. Houses use built in vacuum cleaners these days o. Just turn on in the morning and everything will be vacuumed.
You can also employ 2 or 3 house cleaners.

It doesn't have engine na tongue tongue
