Why is everything on Davido was he the only one at the club ?

if the davido or any of his friend is reading this,what this guy need do is to accept that he is aperson of interest in this 3 deaths and if it is true that he has made 2 inconsistent statementts to the police ,then he has become a suspect.

The police has a right to questioned him as many times as they find necessary untill the case file goes to the dpp's office.

i expect his lawyer right now to have him properly put on police bail so he can dutifully attend to his scheduled shows and engagement.

of course the bail has to be on very severe conditions and the condition must not include the deposit of his international passport but all his travel schedule must be approved by the police.

the tagbo guy seems to have left enough to show anybody that he died the kind of death he died ,drinking et all by hos own election but it is for the davidos lawyer to stress this and not the police who in the circumstance has all the right to ground the davido using all means,3 deaths in 3 days is too much a juicy meal for the police not to feast on.

now is the time for the guy to pay out some of his thirty billions naira to very bright and exceptional good lawyers.

cancelling shows will ruin him professionally.his lawyers should work on this angle.

So, a 24 years old is being questioned about the drunkeness and death of a 35yrs old, who loved to tag along celebrities for free alcohol and drugs. And now Davido has to answer for the drug related deaths of his own friends at Banana.

When Davido got into street cult, I knew that the decision can only bring him madness and mayhem. These events will only make him better so he can focus more on himself than the herds mentality.

He deserves the tribulations he's got. He is an old soul, and I am sure he will handle it.

He should also cancel organising drinking competitions.

When village people are employing all means to bring u down.....exactly what davido is facing.

Bloggers and the way they make up stories. Davido has nothing to do with DJ Olu and Chime's deaths. This is like police naming me a suspect in a friend's death all because the deceased was my friend. It makes no sense.

Nigerian Music star, David Adeleke popularly known as "Davido" has cancelled a show in Zimbabwe meant to have held on Friday night after Nigerian police reinvited him to explain what he knows of his friend, Tagbo Umeike's death. The police are also interested in getting information from Davido on a separate incidence where 2 of his friends Olugbemiga Abiodun a.k.a. DJ Olu and Chime Amechina were found dead in a car at Ocean Parade, Banana Island, Ikoyi.

All of this meant that Davido could not be in Zimbabwe as scheduled for the launch of Jah Prayzah's Kutonga Kwaro album launch at Harare International Conference Center. Spokesman for the event organizers Dee Nosh claimed that Davido's team had given them assurances that he would attend, telling Zimbabwean media:

“When we learnt that Davido was picked for questioning by the police we continuously got in touch with his camp and we were being told everything was under control that even part of his advance team had already left Lagos,” Dee Nosh said.

“As the concert organisers we were also optimistic that he will make it for the launch, but it’s unfortunate that due to circumstances beyond his or our control he will not be part of us tonight as initially scheduled.”

The organizers of the show slashed the ticket price from $20 to $10 and got some local acts as replacements. However, they are appealing to those fans who bought tickets specifically to see Davido to wait for a make-up show that is scheduled for the future. They explained it thus: “For those who had purchased tickets specifically to see Davido in action if they decide not to come tonight they can keep their tickets for another Jah Prayzah and Davido concert coming soon.”

This goes to show that things are not going too well for Davido as the recent troubles threaten to stifle his career even if he avoids any criminal proceedings related to the death of his friends.

He was not driven to the hospital in Davido's car.

They should leave this Davido alone. It's not a crime to be successful. What is this abuse of police powers in a military dictatorship

Why is Davido even culpable for this, because they were at the same club that night? It's not even as if the report said they came together in Davido's car, this dude came alone and went to join Davido and his team...got himself drunk and died, so what is the dust all about? Is this guy not an adult? Is Davido mandated by the law to look out for him? Cuz ayam not understanding....

Why are you shouting bloggers upandan? Its questioning and it is normal. It did not say Davido killed the guy, they are questioning him because he is the guys friend and was seen with him. So he is a suspect until proven innocent.
