In the ghetto, nobody runs at the sound of a gunshot. It's a daily, albeit hourly, event and does not attract shock. It has become part of the daily living.

These rich men are not comfortable with loss of power and it scares them. This is what the common man goes through, everyday.

What would happen if these rich men had their generators powered down and they are made to experience power failure like rest of us, would the power situation in this country get a fix?
