What you are talking about is different: You are talking about gender correction which is different from hormonal correction.
LGBTs need hormonal correction
Hermaphrodites and Natural Gender-Swaps need gender correction

Hormonal correction is just only a pseudoscience. There is nothing like that that can stop woman from growing as a men and suddenly started to have curves and beards and hair fall off from the face. Women who play football could have done that long ago.

The Rollins method will never work in Nigeria; it would mean civil war.
Buhari can only go after the bigger loots, which majorly happened during abacha, obasanjo and jonathan regimes.
The cases include: the 40 suitcases saga, mysterious disappearance of 1 million barrels of crude oil every single day of the jonathan regime, alamaseigba money laundering scandal, stolen PTF funds during abacha's regime etc...
I know that it won't work but somehow killing those poli-thieves will sanctify this country from corruption a little bit...but I wish more cases would be handled like the IBORI's case..

You can never correct a person medically from being a gay other than through transgender. However it is a very expensive procedure that can never be afforded by anyone.

But the truth is there's nothing to correct other than the attitudes of oppressive nations like Nigeria.

Age of consent is 16 if you have sex with under 16 is crime and you will be charged with statutory rape.

From the child act. The age that they can start drinking alcohol and even be employed.

FOR ALL THE DEAF SOUTHIES

The Boko Haram insurgents can no longer confront Nigerian
soldiers in a battle in any part of the country, a senior army
official has said.

Nasir Muazu, a Major General, stated this in Akure on
Saturday at the closing ceremony of the Nigeria Army Inter
Brigade Competition.
“I just came back from the North East and I can comfortably
tell you that Boko Haram cannot and I repeat cannot take
any offensive attack against Nigerian Forces, that one is for
sure,” the General Officer Commanding 2 Mechanized
Division of the Nigerian Army said.
Mr. Muazu said the insurgents, who last year displaced
soldiers from several military formations in the North East
as they seized several territory, had changed tactics to
aiming at soft targets.
“What the Boko Haram insurgents are now doing is hitting
sub-targets which indicates that their days are numbered,”
he said.
He assured that the country’s armed forces are capable of
bringing an end to the Boko Haram insurgency and that the
military had reviewed and renewed its strategy to curb the
activities of the terrorists.
Although, the Army General agreed that part of the major
challenges confronting the country is the coordinated
activities of the Boko Haram, he promised it would soon be
brought to an end.
Mr. Muazu also said that all military commands had been
placed on red alert in order to fight issues bordering on
insecurity.
“We are looking forward to an Army that is responsive to the
society, that would respond to the demand and needs of our
people,” he said.
“I want to remind all Nigerians that this preparation of
explosives by the insurgents is not carried out in the open, it
is carried out in houses and hidden places. So every
Nigerian must key into how we can win the battle against
insurgency in the North East. I think with that support, we
are going to make it.”
He assured that the Nigerian Army would continue to work
for the sustenance of peace and not deviate from its
professional roles of defending the territorial integrity of
Nigeria.

South Africa is a bribery hot spot -
The reason for this, according to experts,
is a lack of committed law enforcement.
A survey conducted by law firm ENS
Africa has found that, of the 88
organisations that took part in the
research, one in four had experienced an
"incident of bribery" or corruption in
Africa in the past two years, a 4%
increase compared with 2013 figures.
This i s the second time the firm has
conducted the survey on the continent ...
"What we are finding, though, is that
companies are becoming more aware of
bribery," explained ENS Africa's director
of forensics, Roy Gillespie.
The survey found that 90% of
organisations had a policy against the
payment of bribes. The reason, Gillespie
said, was that many had recognised they
could be exposed to reputational harm,
fines and even criminal prosecution.
This comes as countries like the US and
Britainare enforcing stringent anti-
bribery legislation.
Corruption Watch CEO David Lewis said
South Africa' s anti-bribery laws rivalled
those of the US and Britain. The problem,
he said, was they were not being
adequately enforced.
"Companies are being careful and
compliant because they are vulnerable to
British and US legislation. The problem in
South Africa is that there is little threat of
this," he said.
Lewis said he was not surprised that South Africa had been
labelled a "bribery hot spot".
Two-thirds of respondents believed third-party business
partners were the biggest threat to their companies.
"The problem is that these parties can be involved in bribery
and the company doesn't know and is implicated," said
Gillespie. It is often these parties that pay government
officials for mining licences and so on.
As a result, 62% of organisations now screen their third-
party business partners. It was found that 82% of those who
took part had a dedicated whistle-blower line.

THAT GENERAL IS REALLY VERY STUPIDD. BOKO HARAM IS APPLYING A VERY DIFFERENT STRATEGY OF GUERRILLA AND INDISCRIMINATE BOMBING TO WEAKEN ALL SECURITY POINTS AND DEMORALIZE SECURITY PERSONNEL. BOKO HARAM HAS GONE BACK TO BASICS AND WILL STRIKE WHEN LEAST EXPECTED. FOR NOW IT WILL NOT CHALLENGE MILITARY OPENLY AS THEY ARE NOW REBUILDING THEIR STRENGTH UNDERGROUND. HOWEVER, THEIR STRUGGLE CONTINUES THROUGH GUERILLA, A STRATEGY WHICH NIGERIAN FORCES DOES NOT MUSTER WELL. NIGERIAN ARMY HAVE NEVER BEEN ENGAGED IN GUERILLA WARFARE AND HAVE NEVER RECEIVED TRAINING IN THAT RESPECT.
