You might want to read on "hydrocele". Check if the symptoms are related with what you experience. Hydrocele could be mistaken for varicocele at times. You may not need any treatment but still go for check up

You need to see a doctor to diagnose you.then you know what next to do.secondly you should move it to health section I believe they can help you.
