We know our criminal here are stupid and very spineless once caught and they'll just give in to defeat....

Why would they put two loaded pistols in his hand not minding if the guy might just change his mind and kill himself while taking some idiotic police officers with him or even try shooting his way out....

Yet the "touts" are the same ones police harass up and down.
