People should stop hating, to me, this is gov't's practical way of encouraging this kids and motivating others and adding colourful fun to governance. Her one day decisions or inputs will add little or nothing to the main business of governance of the state because okezie will likely overturn them in less than 24hrs but nevertheless, it's quite encouraging .
