Uglyojuku:

Ogun state is probably the most industrialised state in Nigeria followed by Lagos.

Not probably. Ogun is actually the most industrialized state in Nigeria. 2 years ago, we were comparing Ogun to Lagos in terms of industrialization. The state has surpassed Lagos now

village Igbos and common sense, logic and sane rational have nothing in common grin

Anambra and industrialization also have nothing in common, based also on common sense, logic, sane rational, documented facts and economic data.

1. A region that is industrialized obviously must also be able to reflect the same industrial strength via strong regional employment and educated local manpower which today doesn't exist anywhere in iboland.

2. A region that is industrialized obviously must also be able to reflect the same industrial strength via strong and abundant taxable entities and base, but such doesn't exist anywhere in iboland.

3. A region that is industrialized obviously must also be able to reflect the same industrial strength via strong and huge IGR accumulation, but ibo land collects the lowest IGR in Nigeria.

4. A region that is industrialized obviously must also be able to reflect the same industrial strength via strong and huge budgets, but ibo land posts the lowest state budgets in Nigeria.

5. Industrialization is fact-based, not based on emotions, sentiments, and internet ipob trollisms.

6. As we speak, we don't have documented facts or physical references reflecting any form of industrialization in ibo land beyond low grade and sub par economic activities.

7. Ogun state is home to international brands, conglomerates and fortune 5oo companies like Procter and Gamble, Nestle, Drugfield, Kolorkote, Fidson, Intercontinental Distillers, Pure Chemicals, Fine Chemicals, Farmex Mayer, Shonghai Packaging, Eagle Packaging, Leady Pharma, May and Baker, Nycil Ltd., Honda Nigeria Plc, and Assometal. Others include Nigeria Foundry, Veepee Industries Limited, Unilever Nigeria PLC, GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), Beta Glass PLC, Tower Aluminium Rolling MillsLtd., Dufil Indomie, Federated Steel Mills, Tower Aluminium, Nigerian Breweries, Nigerian German Chemical, Geepee Industries...

The list is endless.

Procter and Gamble, the worlds largest manufacture of household products alone invested $300-million and built their largest plant outside the US in Ogun state.

Honeywell Flour Mills invested N64 billion in Ogun state

Nestle, another global brand invested N10 billion

8. Again as we speak, there are zero international brands anywhere in iboland, not even the likes of KFC, Dominos, Coldstone scremery, Procter and Ganble, Nestle and so on.

9. Nearly all the investment dollars entering Nigeria ends up in Ogun state or Lagos state, not anywhere in iboland

10. Dear Igbos, industrialization is not by word of mouth or trolling on NL, it's by facts on the ground and monetary volumes know global investors are investing on new plants and expansions.

I know we clown you Igbos and joke around with you, but seriously, the whole of iboland and the rest of Nigeria after Lagos can not stand next to Ogun state in terms of industrialization and even IGR accumulation.

Nna, stay in your village ;ane.
