My biggest regret is that it tends to affect my brain perception sensory cells..I find it difficult to even remember simple concepts when I'm done watching porn...certainly,I do masturbate when I'm done watching it . I feel bounded in a pit I will never get out !..I'm dying internal ...It just appears to be the biggest issue in my life..
I'm just doing my best to see if I can get over it.... I recently went two weeks ,no porn ,no masturbation...but went back to my poisonous & self destructing vomit just last night.. but it not gonna discourage me ! I will set a target of 1month these time around...
