A complete FOOL. Imagine the NNPC GMD assessing the fuel scarcity situation. Improve the speed of Oil and Gas tenders and get the PIB fully into law.

Our mates are making cars that can drive themselves and do not need petrol.But in my country that claims to be an oil producing country can not even refine fuel and cannot boast for a full year without the issue of fuel scarcity.Even the countries that don't produce oil have never complained of fuel scarcity but my own country that produces it must have an issue of fuel scarcity.

MY QUESTION IS WHY IS HE ALWAYS IN FRONT OF THIS FILLING STATION LOCATED IN FRONT ON NNPC TOWERS?? IS HE SCARED OF LEAVING HIS COMFORT ZONE OR WHAT?

Okay, will say more by tomorrow morning, presently on my way to the bank to withdraw my today's bmc allowance. The money is much actually, we are even getting additional allowance for Christmas and new year.

..But it is clear those who did what they did has done it for their selfish interest they have made their money and scored their points. The victims are the masses as usual.
