Production of Peugeot commenced in Nigeria on March 2, 1975 shortly after its Kaduna based assembly plant was commissioned by General Yakubu Gowon. The legendary 404, 504, 505, 505 Evolution, J5, 406 etc.. all came from this plant. At present, it produces 240 cars per day in 3 shifts.

All i can say is Peugeot died a long time and for them to be alive again they should go back to the era of 505 504 gt and co to see what they did right then and what they are doing wrong after they end the productions of those machines.
